What this site is

This site describes our company and our products. It is information, not a shop.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. No price is published anywhere on it. Enquiries, quotations and discussions are invitations to talk, and no contract arises between us until we confirm one in writing.

Product information

Specifications, images and descriptions are provided to help you evaluate a product. They are assembled from our official product material and are as accurate as we can make them, but they may change without notice as products are revised.

Images, including scan images, are illustrative. What you receive is described by the specification confirmed in writing with your quotation, and that confirmation prevails over anything on this site if the two ever differ.

Training, warranty, support and delivery terms are confirmed in your quotation. Where this site says something on those subjects, it is a summary and not the agreement.

Not medical or professional advice

Nothing on this site is medical, diagnostic or clinical advice, and nothing here should be used to assess or treat a patient. Scan images appear only to illustrate what the equipment can produce.

Products described here are intended for use by trained and qualified practitioners, in accordance with the instructions for use and with the law and regulatory requirements that apply where you practise. Acquiring or using a device does not by itself qualify anyone to use it.

Clinical judgement remains with the practitioner. If you are considering a device for patient care, take your own professional and regulatory advice rather than relying on this site.

Acceptable use

You may read, print and share pages of this site for your own evaluation. You may not do any of the following.

• Use the site in a way that breaks the law, or to send anything unlawful, misleading or harmful through it.
• Attempt to gain access to any part of the site or its systems that is not intentionally public.
• Interfere with the site, overload it, or use automated means to extract content from it in bulk.
• Use the enquiry form to send unsolicited advertising, or to send clinical or patient information.

Our content

The text, layout, images and marks on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Nothing here gives you a licence to reproduce them, and that includes the product photography and the brochure.

You may download the brochure through the form and share it inside your own organisation for evaluation. You may not republish it, or resell it, or present it as your own material.

Other services we link to

The site links to WhatsApp and may link to other third-party services. Those services are not ours, they are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Availability

We try to keep the site available and correct, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or that every page will always be free of error. We may change, move or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from a decision you take in reliance on general information published here rather than on written terms agreed with us.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when we do, and the version published here is the one that applies from that date.
